Thank you to everyone that attended the special order of business meeting on May 13th. The membership unanimously approved the wage allocation and approved the working assessment structure by an overwhelming margin. Wage sheets will be out shortly to the contractors.

Local Pension: $0.05
National Pension: $0.02
Health and Welfare: $1.75

Organizing Fund: $0.05
Defense Fund: $.0.10*
B Members
Base Wage: $2.33
National Pension: $0.22
Note: B members do not participate in the Local 265 Pension Fund. All other allocated funds are the same for A, B and C members.
Re Allocation
*There was a re allocation of $0.10 from the LMCC Light Retail Program to the Defense fund as a deduct.
Due to this the Amount to be allocated was $4.31.
Special Order of Business Working Assessment
There was also a special order of business to vote on changing the working assessment from 2.25% of base rate to 1.4% of total package. This initiative passed by a 108 yea to 3 nay in a secret ballot vote.
Members Type Explanation
In 1982 there was a merger of Local 220 (A), 50 (B) and 265 (C). An effect of this merger was 3 different members: A, B and C. Each one of the 3 Locals members remained in their previous pension plans after the merger.
A Members: Fox Valley Pension
B Members: National Pension
C Members: 265 Pension
